I remembered that this block of flats created a big hoo hah when it was first introduced. It was in shown in PM's LSL video on making Punggol 21 to be Punggol 21+.
Anyway, I went up on one of them and took the following pictures.
Love the varied architectural styles found in this little niche in the North East.
